We stock Induction Hardened Chrome Plated Shafting (I.H.C.P.) in both English and Metric sizes. Surface Hardness is (Rc 50). Call or Email Us For a Free Quote. Yield strength is approximately 110,000 PSI. We offer an inventory in 10/12 Ft and 20/24 Ft Random Lengths. Base metal is AISI 1045/1050 carbon steel. This material is an excellent choice for pneumatic and hydraulic applications. Induction Hardened surface offers an additional level of impact protection over just chrome plated only products.
